Situated amidst vast acres of stunning Warwickshire countryside, Windmill Barns are conveniently located adjacent to the Coughton Court National Trust estate. Moreover, the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, and Birmingham City Centre are just a short drive away.

The accommodation offers level access throughout the ground floor and gardens. Inside, you will find an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a tiled floor and eco-friendly underfloor heating. The modern kitchen features a lowered electric oven, lowered sink, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and ample kitchenware. In the lounge area, there is a comfortable modern lounge suite and a Smart TV. Up to 3 dogs are permitted to stay. The rental includes electricity, towels, bedding, and underfloor heating. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi during their stay. A complimentary welcome pack is provided upon arrival. The standard check-in time is from 4pm, and guests are expected to check out by 10am as per the standard procedure.
Living Areas
The accommodation includes 3 double bedrooms, providing sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessible via a wheelchair lift. The lift has a weight limit of 39 stone or 250kg, accommodating both the person and wheelchair. Its internal dimensions measure 89cm wide, 135cm deep, and 200cm high.
One of the first floor bedrooms is equipped with a profiling bed, which can be fitted with rails if needed. Additionally, there is a track hoist available, providing access to the en-suite wet room. The weight limit for the track hoist is 23 stone or 146kg.
The en-suite wet room features an open-plan shower, complete with grab rails for added support. A mobile shower chair is also available with various options to choose from. The wash basin is designed with wheelchair clearance, and there is a toilet as well.
Bedrooms
The accommodation offers outside furniture and a BBQ, available upon request. There is a back garden that includes a hot tub, with a track hoist provided for easier access.
Private parking is available, along with a designated drop-off and pick-up point. The accommodation is situated in an end gable position, offering additional open views across the countryside.
