Elm Cottage is a purpose-built, wheelchair-friendly 2-bedroom cottage featuring a wet room with a shower and bath. It is ideal for families with small children or guests with reduced mobility. Recently refurbished to a high standard, the cottage is also pet-friendly (with a fee of £35.00 per week per dog).
During the season, Elm Cottage has a Friday changeover, but it is more flexible out of season. Elm Cottage is a single-story stone cottage that comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. It offers level access throughout and has a private patio and BBQ area with south-facing views, ensuring maximum sunlight. Additionally, it is designed to be disabled-friendly.
This exceptional accommodation offers stunning panoramic views from the living and dining areas towards the Roseland Peninsula. Linen and towels are provided, except for beach towels, and there is a tourist office on-site.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The open plan dining and lounge areas offer breathtaking views of open fields and the valley leading to the Roseland Peninsula. The living area and master bedroom are fitted with Freeview smart televisions, and a travel cot is available for use at no additional cost, provided that prior arrangements have been made.
For added comfort, the cottage is heated by controllable underfloor heating, which utilizes the latest air source technology.

The cottage comprises a master bedroom with a King Size bed, and an additional bedroom featuring bunk beds. A separate wet room with shower and bath is also available for guests. The cottage provides all necessary linen and towels for guests, excluding beach towels.

Guests who enjoy soaking up the sun will appreciate the fenced and private south-facing garden, which features a patio area where they can unwind, light up the BBQ, and admire the breathtaking scenery. On clear nights, the sky is often adorned with spectacular starry displays.
Private parking is available for multiple vehicles, and guests can also take advantage of free boat/trailer storage for the duration of their stay. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided for guests.
