Amilla Maldives Resort and Residences - The Amilla Estate

The Amilla Maldives Resort, owned by Maldivians, was established in 2014 as an independent 5-star luxury resort with a vision to create a naturally lush private island paradise. In 2022, the resort received an accessibility and inclusion certification from Inclucare, demonstrating its commitment to breaking down barriers for visitors with additional needs.
All of the resort's restaurants feature ground floor tables, ramps, and outdoor seating to ensure accessibility for all guests. While the villas and residences are not specifically designed for guests with disabilities, many have accessible features, and all villas, except the Tree Top Villas, are located on the ground floor, with ramps available if needed.
For guests on long stays, the resort offers various complimentary benefits, including a welcome in-residence bar set up on arrival with snacks, soft drinks, beers, and selected alcoholic beverages, as well as a non-alcoholic beverages in-residence mini-bar replenished daily, and a BBQ Beach Dinner once during their stay, excluding beverages.

The Amilla Mansion offers stunning sea views from almost every room, with garden-level living areas opening onto the pool deck. Neutral tones, sheer curtains, comfortable sofas, and leather chairs create a serene atmosphere, complemented by playful touches and white shutters to diffuse sunlight.
The mansion is also equipped with various luxurious amenities, including an entertainment and Bose Surround Sound system, premium organic amenities, a Nespresso coffee machine, gourmet teas, an in-residence wine fridge, yoga mats, a rooftop bar, a private gym, and a private treatment room.
Living Areas
Elegant spaces with a contemporary beach vibe offer ultra-comfortable beds tempting you to linger a little longer in the morning. Crisp quality linens and super-size pillows make breakfast in bed another perfect morning.
The 110sqm Master Suite boasts panoramic ocean views from the 2.3m long bed and a huge glass-fronted balcony terrace with ultimate sunset views. The ensuite bathroom features a steam/sauna, rain shower, twin basins, and an oversized sea-view bathtub. A dressing area provides extensive wardrobes and seating.
Four almost identical Guest Suites with ocean vistas offer king-sized beds in three suites and twin beds in one. Balconies in three suites reveal statement bathtubs concealed behind decorative screens. All suites feature comfortable living spaces, dressing areas, indoor bathrooms, and walk-in rain showers.
The Garden Level Suite has a separate entrance, a private deck tucked away, and a separate bathroom within easy reach. It is located adjacent to the courtyard garden.
Bedrooms
The Amilla Mansion is graced with a veranda that runs along its perimeter, and at its heart lies the tranquil lagoon-style pool. The sun loungers are partially submerged in the pool, making for a unique lounging experience. Encircling the pool is a teak sundeck, which provides ample space for additional sun loungers. Adjacent to the pool is the breezy al fresco dining area and bar, complete with a modular sofa and a dining table. On the other side of the pool is a jacuzzi, inviting guests to unwind and relax. Upstairs, six lavish suites offer breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
For guests with special needs, mobile hoists are available around the pool, and buoyant beach chairs are also provided for added convenience. The activities available can be customized and tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of the guests.
