The suite boasts a spacious lounge area, complete with a 50″ HD TV, fireplace, and Starlink WiFi. It features wide French doors that lead to a private courtyard, offering delightful views of Allerford, which inspired its name. Within the lounge, you'll find a single sofa bed and a double sofa bed, perfect for accommodating children. If the weather is unfavorable, a PS4 can be provided upon request (subject to availability).
Additionally, the suite offers a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a high-level double oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dining table, and ample space. While the kitchen is not specifically adapted, it provides an abundance of cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, spatulas, and every kitchen gadget you may require.
Living Areas
The primary bedroom in the suite is an En-Suite room featuring a zip-and-link super king or twin bed. Please note that in the provided image, the bed may appear higher than it actually is; we have lowered it to ensure better accessibility.
The wetroom bathroom is luxuriously adorned with Travertine marble, offering ample space around the facilities and numerous grab handles for added convenience. It also has its own dedicated hot water cylinder. Additionally, there is a second toilet available for other guests, which is not specifically adapted.
Bedrooms
A secluded courtyard awaits outside, complete with a set of table and chairs for your exclusive use. Access to the front terrace, which is shared with B&B guests, is made easy through a wheelchair-friendly ramp.
Please keep in mind that this building holds Grade II listed status and features a flagstone terrace and a cobbled parking area. Therefore, a certain level of durability and resilience is necessary.
