For guests who prefer a sensory-based wake-up call, we offer adaptive alarm clocks at our reception desk. Available for a small deposit, these devices use a vibrating pad or a pulsing light signal instead of a traditional buzzer, ensuring a reliable and accessible start to your day.

To enhance our digital accessibility, one of our dedicated internet terminals is equipped with specialized hardware for guests with visual or motor impairments. This station features a high-visibility keyboard with oversized keys and color-coded functional zones for easy identification, alongside an ergonomic trackball mouse with large switches designed for effortless navigation and control.

For maximum safety, all hotel stairways are equipped with emergency evacuation chairs designed for a rapid, controlled descent. Utilizing a continuous V-belt system that adjusts to the passenger's weight, these chairs allow a single person to safely transport another down the stairs during an emergency.

For guests with hearing or visual impairments, we offer a portable doorbell system featuring a flashing strobe light and a multi-tone sound receiver. The battery-operated transmitter is easily placed outside your door to ensure you never miss a visitor. These units are available at reception upon request with a small deposit.

Available at our reception desk, these stationary reading aids are specifically designed for guests with visual impairments or those who find it difficult to hold a handheld magnifier steady. By resting directly on the page, they provide a stable, clear image and effortless reading for anyone with coordination or grip challenges.

Our Induction Loop System, installed at both Reception and in the Conference Room, provides a superior audio experience for guests with "T" position-equipped hearing aids.
