MICs Sant Jordi has created all of their amenities and facilities with guests in mind. This includes an adapted gym with a physiotherapist, a therapy pool, and a multi-purpose room with a TV and WiFi that can be used for family get-togethers or other activities. Guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant, which has a capacity for up to 50 diners.

The building is equipped with lifts that have cabins measuring 120x140 cm and 210x140 cm. Air conditioning and underfloor heating are also available in every apartment, with a separate thermostat for each unit. Guests can use washing machines and dryers for free on each floor.

The entire building is designed based on the Accessibility Code, Decree 135/1995 of the Generalitat de Catalunya. All architectural barriers have been removed to ensure the building is fully accessible. The building complex is approximately 3,200 m2.

MICs Sant Jordi provides all the necessary assistive devices to adapt apartments to the potential needs of users, such as articulated beds, transfer hoists, trapeze bars, bed rails, and bath chairs.

Guests receive 24-hour care support from a team of professional nursing assistants. Additionally, personal carers are available for guests who require extensive assistance. Experienced professionals provide individual physiotherapy sessions tailored to the needs of each person. Sessions can take place in the bedroom, gym, or pool.
