Standard Welcome Pack
To ensure a stress-free arrival, we offer a complimentary basic Welcome pack to all our villa guests. This thoughtful gesture saves you from having to immediately rush out and purchase provisions. While the Welcome packs are not intended to supply a full evening's meal for a large family, they typically consist of essential items such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit juice, carbonated beverages, water, bread, butter, cereal, and biscuits.

Dinner & Breakfast Basket
In addition to our complimentary Welcome Pack, we provide an optional 'Dinner & Breakfast' Welcome Pack. This enhanced pack includes all the items from the basic Welcome Pack, as well as additional treats such as 6 bottles of Budweiser, a bottle of wine, CapriSun drinks, pizza, eggs, bacon, bagels, cream cheese, preserves, popcorn, nuts, kettle crisps, Doritos, and dip.

Barbeque hire
Should your selected villa already provide a complimentary barbecue grill for your use, we will promptly inform you and, if required, exclude any additional hired barbecue grill from your booking. Our barbecue grills are delivered with a full gas container for your convenience.
£6.00 per night for the 14 days, £3.00 for nights thereafter and a one off fee of £25.00.

Pool heating
For optimal enjoyment, we suggest considering pool heating from October to April. The specific costs for pool heating will differ based on the villa, taking into account factors such as the pool's size and whether it utilizes a gas or electric heater.
The average cost or heating a pool is £20.00 per night (some villas also charge a one off fee of £25.00).

Kindly note that the pricing for pool heating varies based on the specific villa, taking into consideration factors such as the pool's size and the type of heater (gas or electric) used. The precise cost will be clearly indicated during the booking process for your selected villa, so please ensure that you review this information before finalizing your reservation.
Please bear in mind that the purpose of the pool heaters is to take the chill off the water rather than heat it to bath-like temperatures. While the pool heating will generally provide warm enough water for comfortable swimming, it will not make the water hot. During the cooler months of the year, the pool may still feel refreshing but not uncomfortably cold.

If your selected villa already offers a complimentary cot for your use, we will inform you accordingly and, if needed, remove any additional hired items from your booking. It is important to note that these provided cots are travel cots and do not include bedding.

Designed to provide support and stability, this portable rollator is an excellent aid for maintaining balance while navigating both indoor and outdoor environments. Its lightweight construction and foldable design make it highly convenient for use in various settings.

Rest assured that this item will be conveniently delivered to your villa prior to your arrival, ensuring it is ready for your use. Furthermore, on the morning of your departure, it will be promptly collected from the villa, streamlining the process for your convenience.
Wheelchair
Ideal for intermittent use, these wheelchairs are compact, lightweight, and easily foldable. They offer a practical solution for guests who prefer not to use an electric mobility scooter but still desire to maintain their independence.
£5.00 per night for the first 14 days, £2.50 for nights thereafter.

Electric mobility scooter hire
For individuals in need of mobility support, electric scooters offer a fantastic means of transportation within the parks. The scooter provided, specifically the 4-wheel Pride Go-Go Sport model, will be conveniently delivered to your villa on the day of your arrival. These scooters are user-friendly, easy to disassemble, and can fit into the majority of rental car trunks.
£17.00 per night for the first 14 days, £8.50 for nights thereafter.

The electric scooter has a maximum user weight capacity of 23 stone (147kg or 322lbs). When disassembled, the heaviest part weighs 16kg (35lbs). The scooter can reach a maximum speed of 4mph (6kph) and has a maximum range of 13 miles (21km).
