Elm Cottage offers a Friday changeover during the season, but we're more flexible out of season. If you seek a spacious yet cosy retreat perfectly situated for exploring Cornwall's renowned attractions as well as hidden gems, all while enjoying a peaceful environment to relax and unwind, then this is the perfect place for you.

This single-story stone cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, offering level access throughout. The private patio and BBQ area, basking in south-facing views, ensures you'll enjoy maximum sunlight. Designed to be disabled-friendly, Elm Cottage caters to your needs with care and consideration.

The exceptional accommodation treats you to stunning panoramic views from the living and dining areas, overlooking the Roseland Peninsula. Linen and towels are provided (beach towels excluded), and for your convenience, there's an on-site tourist office.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts an oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. Open plan dining and lounge areas provide breathtaking views of open fields and the valley leading to the Roseland Peninsula. For entertainment, Freeview smart televisions adorn the living area and master bedroom, and a travel cot is available at no additional cost with prior arrangements.

To keep you comfortable, the cottage is heated by controllable underfloor heating, utilizing the latest air source technology.

The cottage consists of a master bedroom with a King Size bed and an additional bedroom featuring bunk beds. A separate wet room with shower and bath ensures your comfort during your stay, and all necessary linen and towels are provided, excluding beach towels.

The fenced and private south-facing garden beckons sun enthusiasts to unwind on the patio, fire up the BBQ, and revel in the breathtaking scenery. On clear nights, be enchanted by the spectacular starry displays that adorn the sky.
